PK 68 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms apply to every person who accesses, registers on or uses the pk 68 platform at pk68.link, whether on a desktop browser, mobile browser or any application distributed by pk 68. The Terms come into effect the moment you create an account and continue to apply for as long as your account exists — including after any period of self-exclusion or account suspension.

By placing a bet, making a deposit or using any game on the platform, you reaffirm your acceptance of these Terms. PK 68 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute over interpretation, the English version shall take precedence.

To register and use pk 68, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of another person or an entity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting or online casino play is unlawful.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from pk 68 under any account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of a current employee of pk 68 or any of its affiliated companies.

Each player may hold only one account at pk 68. Opening, operating or attempting to open more than one account — whether using a different name, mobile number, payment method or device — is a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance in those accounts will be forfeited without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. PK 68 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out by you personally.

If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact pk 68 support immediately via live chat or email at support@pk68.link. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including temporarily locking the account while the investigation is ongoing.

Account information — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and registered payment methods — must be accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false information at the time of registration or during any subsequent verification process is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

PK 68 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to protect players and maintain the integrity of the platform. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents at any of the following points:

• Before your first withdrawal is processed
• When your cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold set by pk 68 at its discretion
• If our systems flag unusual account activity
• At any time we are required to verify identity for compliance purposes

Accepted documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identity documents. Documents must be clear, legible and unaltered. Edited or obscured documents will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method that is not registered in the same name as the pk 68 account holder. This rule exists to prevent fraud and protect your funds.

Deposits at pk 68 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The following deposit methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The deposit methods available to your account may vary depending on your location and account status.

Deposits are intended to fund your betting and gaming activity at pk 68. The platform does not accept deposits from third parties — you may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. If a deposit is received from an unverified or third-party source, it will be reversed to the originating account and any associated bets or game activity will be voided.

PK 68 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Deposits normally credit to your pk 68 balance within seconds. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests at pk 68 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative has been approved by our payments team following a verification request. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in instalments at pk 68's discretion.

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified under our KYC process (Section 4)
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full (Section 7)
• The account must not be under investigation for any breach of these Terms
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance

PK 68 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication that your account is under investigation. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits offered by pk 68 are subject to specific terms that are stated at the point the offer is presented to you. The general conditions below apply to all promotions unless the individual promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games or bet types will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, device, IP address and payment method.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and free bets have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before expiry, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Sports bets, slots and other game types may contribute at different percentages. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including using multiple accounts, manipulating bonus conditions or placing bets that do not reflect genuine play — will result in the bonus being voided, wins from the bonus being forfeited and potentially the account being closed.

The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on pk 68. More specific rules for individual sports — cricket, football, tennis, esports and others — are available on the Betting Odds page.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation with a reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation are not active. In cases where a bet is placed and the platform experiences a technical error before confirmation, the bet is void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum bet on all sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placing the bet. PK 68 reserves the right to limit the stakes available to individual accounts.
• Abandoned Matches: If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is reached (less than the minimum overs required for a valid result), all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. DLS results count as full match results. For other sports, specific abandonment rules are stated in the sport-specific terms.
• Obvious Errors: If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly the result of a system error or human error (manifestly incorrect pricing), pk 68 reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds. We will notify you if this occurs.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended. Once a market is suspended, bets in queue may be rejected. It is your responsibility to ensure bets are confirmed before the market closes.
• Accumulator Bets: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If one or more legs are voided due to abandonment or a rule violation, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections.

All casino games — including live dealer games, RNG slots, table games and fishing arcade games — available on pk 68 are operated using certified software with independently tested Random Number Generators (RNG). The outcomes of all RNG games are entirely random and not influenced by previous results, bet size or account status.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG game is displayed in the game's information section. Live dealer table games use real cards and physical roulette wheels operated by trained dealers — the outcomes are not influenced by the platform.

Fishing games involve active player participation — you direct your cannon and choose your targets. The probability of catching each creature type is determined by the game's certified RNG engine. The multiplier values for each creature are fixed and displayed within the game interface.

PK 68 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's own strategy decisions in any game. The house edge is built into all games as disclosed in the individual game information. We do not manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pk 68. Engaging in any of them will result in account closure, forfeiture of balances and, where relevant, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment credentials for deposits is fraud. Any fraudulent deposit will be reversed and the account closed immediately.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on inside information about fixed matches, or any involvement in match fixing, is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bots to meet wagering requirements, or any other deliberate manipulation of promotional offers.
• Collusion: In any multiplayer game or betting market, coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping in poker or coordinated fishing game play — is prohibited.
• Use of Software: Using automated bots, scripts, exploits or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the pk 68 platform to launder funds is a serious criminal offence. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious activity.

All content on the pk 68 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game artwork, software, data and compilations — is the intellectual property of pk 68 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from pk 68.

Unauthorised use of pk 68's intellectual property — including using our brand name, logo or game content in any external publication, website or social media without permission — will be addressed through the appropriate legal channels.

PK 68 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe entertainment should stay enjoyable, and we provide tools to help players maintain control over their betting and gaming activity. The full range of responsible gaming tools is available on our Responsible Gaming page.

The following tools are available to all pk 68 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on your deposits. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased only after a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a set time period. Once reached, betting activity is paused for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a duration after which you receive a reminder of how long you have been playing.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During the exclusion period, you will not receive any marketing communications from pk 68.

If you believe that your gaming is causing you or your family financial or personal harm, we encourage you to use these tools immediately or contact our support team who can assist you. You can also reach out to mental health or gambling helplines in Pakistan for confidential support.

PK 68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any part of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority.

When an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including real money, bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity — may be forfeited in full. PK 68 will provide written notification of the closure and the grounds for it wherever legally permitted to do so.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you can do so from the account settings page or by contacting support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 6.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk 68 and its officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses of winnings due to technical faults, interruptions in service or events outside our control.

PK 68 strives to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or external factors (such as network outages or force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability. We will not be held responsible for losses — including missed betting opportunities — during periods of unavailability.

In any event, the total liability of pk 68 to any individual player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by the pk 68 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PK 68 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details and activity data (bets placed, games played, transactions). This data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations and, where you have opted in, send you relevant promotions and communications.

We use industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

PK 68 may update these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect — except where an immediate update is required for legal or security reasons.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pk 68 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the change takes effect. Your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method in accordance with Section 6.

We will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 days.
